DVLA Car Tax?

Question

last month i renewed my car tax online, entered my card no. and choose 6 months @ £115, when it arrived it was for 12 months and stated £210 on the disk - I checked online and it is valid for 12 months (it says Date of Liability 01/06/2009), but my account has only been debeted for 6 months rate.

What should i do?

Tried ringing them twice & was put on hold & cut off.

I think there is an e-mail address on their website, for enquiries. failing that, I would photocopy the disc and payment details and send them to the DVLA explaining your problem.  You can't really do anymore than that.
