DVR problems? Please help!?!?

my DVR isn't working. I went to go watch one of my recorded episodes and when I clicked my recordings a message popped up and said this is currently unavailable or disabled. Please call you operator. I can't even record any shows. Is there a cord for DVR?

  1. are you paid up to date? We have had that problem when we forgot to pay one month and if not just unplug and let sit for a minute then plug it back in. If that doesn't work then call Comcast and have them send a signal to your box. If none of that works they will probably have to replace your box which in the six months we had comcast they had to do once.  If you are then still frustrated or having problems with Comcast then do what we did and get DirecTV and we love it 100 times more than Comcast and have had alot less problems with our DVR with them then with Comcast.  I hope this helps.
