Dabu: new name for Survivor merged tribe?

So, dude lied and said "Dabu" meant "'good' in Micronesian." None of the remaining 10 survivors bothered to do the pre-game research and find out Micronesia has 8 native languages??? (Aside from the national language -- English.) And not one of those languages is called "Micronesian."
