Dacor model W305 blew an element. Replaced it....

Question

We have a Dacor wall oven model W305. The baking element blew. We order a new one and replace it. The oven still won't work. The oven will turn on (you hear it click), but the fan doesn't turn on and it doesn't heat. Please help! Our Christmas turkey is depending on it!
