Dade county fair?

what types of food does the fair have....ive been there every year but i dont remember.....whoever lists the most fair foods of 2008 will have best answer!thanks

I'm going there next week but i remember they had curly fries,cotton candy, elephant ears, corn dogs,corn on the cob  and a whole bunch of other stuff !

It doesn't say what they are all serving but the web site does say that there are 170 food vendors.
