Dahle High Security 30434 Error and Shuts down

Question

I have a high security dahle 30434 shredder and for some reason I can't get it to work. It will turn on very briefly then stops, gives a beeping sound, and a red light starts blinking on the console which looks somewhat like the automatic oil dispenser. I no longer have the manual for it. I'd like to find out what is causing the problem and a solution if possible. Thanks in advance for any help provided.
