Question:

Daily Diet only with Pills?

If one wants to lose weight, is it possible to survive solely out of pills?

I mean, eating 150% of Vitamins, Proteins, Fiber, etc. All in 10-12 pills.

For few days, not like life time. Week or two, how much calories would be lost? 2500 calories x 14 days?

  1. Be careful with diet pills--I've had some bad experiences trying some of them. What I did find to work really well though was a natural supplement of Acai berry which I actually saw on Oprah. It was a while ago, but I ordered a free sample from http://ultraacaiberry.com/y/ and it's been great for helping increase my energy, metabolism, and keeping my body healthy! I've lost weight and I feel much, much better than I did when I was on the pills.

  2. Ditch that idea straight away, your body needs food not pills.Eat veg and fruit plus your body will need vitamins and minerals from meat

  3. No.

  4. no. calories, weirdly, are VERY important to your diet. i wont explain, bcuz its complicated. but hoodia is a catus type plant that if eaten can lead to MUCH fewer cravings and will make you feel fuller with less portions. Hoodia can be extracted and put into pills, and these are a diet suppliment that supposedly work wonders.

  5. I'm sorry but would that include your brain cells.

  6. not a good idea 150% of vitamin a can be harmful.

btw your body would go into starvation mode. not a good idea ether.

best would be to try to cut about 250 to 500 calories per day no more unless your eating way to much.

  7. You should do a search for a bmr calculator on the net and it will tell you what calories you can intake according to your weight and height...etc... It's not like it's going to hurt you to to do a fast for a week or two but missing the food will probably cause you to cheat. You'd be better to buy you some protein shakes and also you need to drink lots of water. Taking only pills will probably hurt your stomach too.

This is not a lifestyle though and eventually it will cause you to go from starvation to binge eating and would cause your body to stall and you'd stop losing weight. When you starve your body it goes into defense mode and holds things needed to survive. It would be better to consider portion control and exercise as a way of life. Change your eating habits, drink water instead of cokes, change from sugar items to sugar free items. Make little changes so that you will learn to adjust to a new routine and not feel like you are punishing yourself.

    Good luck!

  8. Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. I exercise 30 mins a day along with taking Proactol, a natural weight loss supplement that I saved money on at theweightlossplace.com

Good luck and stay focused = )
