The night before I start my freshman year I want a great beauty routine. I like Victoria's Secret Pink body products. I also like biore skin care products and dove. But the day of I want a way to straighten my hair and do my makeup.

  1. I take a shower and floss/brush my teeth before college. oo I also use face moisturizer because my skin is sensitive. :P

  2. all i do is get make up on the day of and put some clothes on. of course, i pray first

  3. I am also going to be a freshman this year! :D

I have started doing the following recently:

~ Washing my face with Dove Face Clensing Towlets

~ Applying lip softner to my lips

~ Putting this cream under my eyes to help with darkness/bags (it helps!)

~ Scrubing my hands with exfoliating wash to make them soft!

~ I also do a mask treatment every 3-4 days

    *Good luck*

    :)

  4. The night before I always take a shower (shave, wash hair/body/face, etc). The after the shower I put on a deep cleansing face mask. Don't blow dry your hair because it'll dry overnight and blow drying causes hair to become damaged. Make sure you pick out your outfit the night before so you don't waste time on the in the morning.

When you wake up in the morning wash your face again if you think it needs it. Otherwise, just rise it with cool water. The put on your make up. Your hair should be dry, but if it isn't you can blow dry it a little then straighten it. Put on the outfit you chose the previous night and you're ready to go.

Add: Oh yeah, and brush your teeth before you put you makeup on. lol. I forgot about that.

  5. It's more fun making facial masks with house products, rather than listening to all these products you may or may not have.

Mix together brown sugar and milk (enough to make a paste that will cover your face), smooth it on your face and your lips too, rub in circles until it begins to get too dry to do so, and leave it on for 5-10 minutes after rubbing it in circles. Rinse it off in the sink, or in the shower.

Put Miracle Whip on your toenails for 15-20 minutes and then rinse (again, you can rinse under running water in the tub or while you're taking your shower- if you do it in the shower, just do this as you're waiting for your brown sugar mask to get done), it'll whiten them (sounds crazy, but I found a site from Google where people swore to it- they also put it on their face but I tried it and it was just not good- and my toe nails were definitely whiter and improved). Take a foot scrub or a type of exfoliator (if you don't have one, mix together sugar, milk, honey, and lemon juice <---if you don't have lemon juice, substitute for olive oil, avocado, or just leave it out, and make enough to form a soft, reasonable texture for both of your feet) and rub it on your feet, then paint them your favorite color(s).

By now, your face should be softer, clearer, cleaner-looking, and pretty much glowing. Use your regular toner or moisturizer that you use for your face. If you don't have one, a light coat of olive oil or a type organic oil works- rub it in and leave it on until tomorrow or whenever the next time you'll clean your face with water is, because there's no need to rinse it off (it should be absorbed by now).

I've done a lot of research on homemade hair masks and things like that, and many say if you put olive oil in your hair, leave it on overnight, and then shampoo it out, it'll be amazingly shiny and soft. If you plan to wash and blow dry your hair that night, then do nothing but a flat iron in the morning, this is totally optional and you don't have to do the 'olive oil overnight' thing. But if you plan to do the whole washing-conditioning-drying routine in the morning, I really recommend this. Either way is totally fine- I'm sure you know the best way to take care of your hair.

Lotion up your skin with your Pink products or any other favorite lotion after you're done with your shower, so that your skin will be soft and moisturized.

Okay, so I recommend using the shower at night, and then in the morning, if you want to, shower- you totally can. I just don't know whether you do your shampooing and all that at night or in the morning. Since it's a super-special occasion, I think a night shower- where you can shave, which takes up time if you do it in the morning, then a morning shower would be perfect. If you want to wait to get your hair wet until the morning (some people don't like their hair naturally-when its wet- because it's a bit hard to manage), just tie it up and use a shower cap, a plastic bag, or try not to get it wet. You probably know your hair best, so do what you want. A little chap stick before bed will leave your lips soft in the morning.

Good luck, and I hope you look like an ah-mazin' rock star. You'll have the Seniors stopping to stare. :)

  6. okay

    whats the question

  7. take a shower and blow dry your hair straight, or if you plan on curling/waving your hair in the morning go to bed with it wet.

wash your face & put on a tad bit of body spray and powder.

maybe a face mask to relax?

paint your nails and toes for sure!

read a nice book or watch your favv show on tv.

    call a friend and talk about how nervous you two are (;

try to get to bed early, even though you know you wont fall asleep right away.

make sure to pick our your outfit as well!

& drink lots of water the week before so your skin glows.

good luck, and its not as bad as anyone makes it sound.

i was a freshmen last year and i had a blast!!
