Daily workout?

what wwould be good to do in my daily to help with volleyball and increasing my verticle?

  1. Squat, Wall jumps, Do an approach then block, get back to the line and do that 15 times.


  2. i say jump roping and squats are a must in volleyball

  3. for your vertical, do some squats. also, this is someone what expensive, but buy a training vest. they come in a variety of weights. when you get it. jump a lot, also, just try running in it. and finally, just running in general will help

    then for arms, the number of reps and sets would be different than what a normal body builder would do. for volleyball, you need a lot of stamina in your arms. i'm a tennis player and it's the same way. for biceps, you can just do a basic curl. find the right weight for you and do 5 sets of 20 reps. for triceps, do a tricep kickback. same number of sets and reps. and for shoulders, keep your arms straight and alternate between lifting your arms infront of you and to the side of you. once again, same number of reps and sets.

    then you can switch between that workout and doing this one: do bench press (with dumbbells) and lat rows (this is where you lean forward and pull the weight up from below you to your chest) and i'm sure you can guess the number of sets and reps.

  4. wall sits really are good. umm squats are good too ummm also if you want to increase your verticle get low when you are jumping and really shift your body weight.
