Daily workout question?

I do workout 4-5 times a week.

Here's my workout plan:

day one: chest

day two: shoulders

day three: arm (triceps and biceps)

day four : back

(legs and forearms and abs and .. are mixed within above days)

Is it a good workout? the thing is if I workout the chest today, the next chest workout will be in a week.

I thought this is a good workout since I can spend enough time in each muscle.

I'm also taking WHEY PROTEIN for faster recovery.

What do you think?

  1. I have always heard to alternate your upper and lower body.  So, on day 1 work all of your upper body: chest, arms, shoulders, abs & back, on the next day work all the lower body:  legs, glutes, thighs, etc., and get plenty of cardio


  2. I would use push-ups to work your chest on Day One. They also work your shoulders. On day 2, I would work my legs (squats). Then Day 3 back to push-ups. This way you only go 1 day between working your upper and 1 day between working your lower.
