I do workout 4-5 times a week.Here's my workout plan:day one: chestday two: shouldersday three: arm (triceps and biceps)day four : back(legs and forearms and abs and .. are mixed within above days)Is it a good workout? the thing is if I workout the chest today, the next chest workout will be in a week.I thought this is a good workout since I can spend enough time in each muscle.I'm also taking WHEY PROTEIN for faster recovery.What do you think?
