Daily workout routine &...?

I do ballet

& i am wanting a daily workout routine that can help me with getting stronger for ballet.

i would also like to lose as much weight as i can on my thighs!!

so things for that would be supurb;

Also if anyone knows how to get muscels on your back like back muscels any excersies for that would be great to!

  1. You should get a wii and a wii fit. They each are hands on video hames. Really fun and doing 30 minutes on a wii fit will have burned a ton of calories. You perform high skilled arocics and balance training. I got one 3 weeks ago and I've already lost about 15 pounds!
