Kragens and AutoZone do out here in Cali.  A lot of the gas station mini-marts have the key chains and little stuff like that...haven't seen any decals there though.  Wedge is right too, Target has some too.

Target has a whole NASCAR aisle in the automotive section.  They carry everything for select drivers (Dale Jr, Kasey Kahne, Jimmie Johnson, Jeff Gordon, etc...)  You can get window decals, hats, shirts, lawn chairs, beach towels, coolers, etc...

Target's where I found one of my stickers, like the previous post said they have a whole aisle with Jimmie,Jeff,Jr,Tony, and Kasey(oddly enough the have very little Reed Sorenson and they sponsor him..go figure). Careful though, the Jr stuff always seems to be out. If you get lucky you might be able to catch the National Guard show car, the Guard guys give tons of stuff out(I got a shirt and hat, then a ton of stickers) for free.

I would go to the nearest WalMart because I have seen Dale Jr. stickers there.  Also try Target because they have a whole aisle dedicated to NASCAR memorabilia.
