  1. Matt Kenesth

    16 Wins, 83 Top 5's, 153 top 10's, average finish 14.9

    Dale Earnhardt. Jr.

    18 Wins,  83 Top 5's, 133 Tops 10's,  average finish 16.1

I think they are pretty close, I wouldn't say hands down but looks like Matty does have the edge.

  2. im a harvick fan but i like jr better

  3. well kenseth has been in much better eqipment his entire career but yet junior has won more races, what does that tell you? besides the 1 good year kenseth had where he won the championship, the stats clearly show junior to be the better driver. but of course all the haters on here have never been ones to let the facts get in the way of their arguments. oh and BTW, i see you conveiniently forgot to mention junior beat kenseth 2 years in a row for back to back busch championships back when they were in equal eqipment, before they moved up to cup.

  4. There are couple of better drivers than Jr.,, Matts one of them.

    no question.

did someone use the fact that Jr. won a race this year (with a 20 something place car and stole it with a fule gamble) as grounds of Jr. being better?? thats sad.

Matt is one of only 2 drivers to not miss the Chase and has won a Championship, enough said

  5. AMEN...Go 17!!!!!!!

  6. Must we do all this comparison? And Junior cannot help who his father is. So let's take that out of the equation, shall we? Both are good race car drivers and both are very humble young men with talent. Currently Matt is really working hard at making a move up the charts. Junior currently is able to be consistently good and his cars aren't blowing up every race like last year. I would say they are pretty equal.

  7. Yes, he is much more consistent as far as I am concerned.

  8. Ok *** hole if you look at it like that ya Matt looks like the better driver.

    Daytona 500 winner--Jr

Most popular driver---4 or 5 times in a row now

This years points standings----Jr in second Matt in eighth

    More wins----Jr

and the winner is the 88 car hands down

  9. Kenseth is the better driver but it is close.

  10. Matt Kenseth is better.

Dale Jr is a lot more popular.

  11. These types of questions get soooooo old. I am a Junior fan but also like and respect Matt and his talent. There are so many factors that go into racing that merely looking at stats does not tell the whole story. Jr. certainly didn't have the same level of quality in his equipment. Now it seems he has better equipment than Matt and the points reflect that. Does that make him the better driver? I wouldn't be so arrogant as to say it's true or not. As for Jr. driving on his Daddy's last name.... I guess that automatically gets you a 2nd place in the points, huh? And the winner is... Simple logic.

  12. ok all you Jr. fans?

Why do only Jr. fans get to answer this?

    I feel discriminated against!!

  13. well yeah no c**p kenseth is better if he has a championship but let's look at some other things -

Jr ---- with c**p team for 7 years

    Jr ---- Daytona 500 champion

Jr ---- has actually won a race this year

Kenseth ----struggling to remain in the top 12

  14. They both are great drivers but Matt has the edge on Junior for the time being.

  15. Matt Kenseth= better

  16. Did this section change from NASCAR to the Dale Jr. section?

BTW, just what is your question???????

  17. Matt

  18. I am not a Jr. fan,,,,, it is obvious Matt Kenseth is a better race car driver than Jr.

  19. you keep on this  (JR THING) IS GONNA GET TO BE  LIKE RACISM

    and you dont want that

  20. #17 better
