http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Liverpool-c39809’s manager, Kenny Dalglish has revealed that he is delighted with Luis Suarez’s decision to stick around at the club, while hailing the forward’s contributions to the team.
Over the course of the last couple of weeks, Luis Suarez has been caught up in a number of controversies.
The striker went on to get caught up in a racism scandal, following comments that he made to Manchester United’s http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Patrice-Evra-c29231.
This resulted in the player sitting out eight games this season, but even when he came back, he was still being looked down upon by just about everyone.
The forward recently went on to claim that he would be open to a move to PSG, but insisted that there were no talks going on at the moment.
However, the Uruguayan later went on to confirm that he was speaking in a hypothetical sense and confirmed that he would be sticking around at Anfield.
Kenny Dalglish has admitted that the player’s decision to stick around is going to help the team out a lot and believes that Suarez is only going to get better with time.
The Reds boss, when talking about the forward is quoted to have said: "It's certainly encouraging for us - although it might be bad news for the other Premier League teams"
"Luis has always said he is happy here, so it's great for everyone who supports Liverpool. I don't think he has been anything other than a threat to the opposition, so we are delighted with the wee man's comments and we have been delighted with him since he has been here.”
"He scores goals, creates goals, and it's great news that he is happy. Luis has made a contribution every time he has stepped out on to the football pitch."
Suarez has not been playing to the best of his abilities lately, but with him now committing his future to the club, he is more than likely to put in performances that will make the fans chant his name with honour once again.
It is now a wait to see just how long it takes for the striker to pick his form up again.
