Any notice if their Dalamation Mollie seems... "nice" in their tank? Mine flutters next to my Silver Dollar like it's in love and protects a little frog I have in the tank from the other fish--always swimming in between the frog and another fish like it is giving the frog its space. And it is the first to come to the tank when I approach. Any one out their have similiar experiences? It also is the most active swimmer! Love this little fish!

  1. I'm surprised it's the most active swimmer.  Silver Dollars generally fill that spot in an aquarium.  Unless you have only one.  They are fish that need to be in a group of at least 4.  Otherwise they usually waste away and die.

Yes, mollies do seem to be nice.  They are the least likely of the common live-bearers to eat their young, and rarely do if they are well fed.
