If you are referring to the most recent winner, Authorized, here are his dam's details:

Funsie (FR), 1999 mare by Saumarez ex Valle Dansante.

She was unraced and Authorized is her first foal.  She has a 2 year old colt by Fasliyev named EMPOWERED, who was bought by Peter Chapple-Hyam (trainer of Authorized) at the October Yearling Sales in 2006 for Cheveley Park Stud.
