The ends are weak and I have no volume... I need a miracle to re-construct what suppose to be my hair..

Do you know what can I do to treat my hair from all the damage that has been done?

I am use Kerastase by Loreal at the moment...

  1. keep using Kerastase by Loreal  because it is amazing

trim your hair monthly , eat healthy

    and try this mask

mix mayonnaise + castor oil + almond oil

apply  it on your hair for two hours twice a week

it will make wonders on your hair

  2. keep using kerastase i tell u cuz of personal experience i have bleached hair and kerastase fixed my hair i use the green one "Resistance bain de force" kerastase is the best of the best

also buy a reconstructing treatment like joico kpak and use it ONCE a week when ur hair becomes healthy again stop using it.

  3. Shun the heat styling for now.  Let your hair air dry.  Try a repair serum and use repair serum products (Dove makes a great one in a dark blue container).  De-tangle wet hair with a wide tooth comb and never brush wet hair.  Use a deep conditioner twice a week.  Use only hair elastics that have no metal in them.  A silk scrunchie would work, too.

Try taking flaxseed supplements and silica and evening primrose until you hair recovers.

  4. ditch that loreal. you need to go salon ph-balanced shampoos and conditioners. if your hair is badly damaged see a hair stylist and ask about recommended treatments. you want to use shampoo that is fortifying and contains ingredients to replenish hair of its nature oil and moisture. if you have weak hair and its limp DO NOT over condition your hair. excess conditioner in your hair will weigh it down & you will end up having hair that looks greasy and life less. Repair creams for your ends will help. Oil treatments are usually recommended but like all other oily conditioners it weighs your hair down. You may need to cut your ends. Biolage is a good start. Give that a 2 week try. Nothing really works overnight but your hair should naturally be softer and less frizzy as well as naturally shiny. those are signs of healthy hair.

  5. A lot of salons will have products that will make your hair softer/shinier and so on. Also cut down on the heated styling and if you do use heat use a heat PROTECTOR>:D

i've also heard slightly warmed olive oil can help too

  6. It's OK.

Go ahead and go out and by a semi permanent hair color by L'oreal.

Sometimes you can only find the semi permanent that says it covers the gray but it doesn't matter is is the same color as the permanent and will do the same job producing the same shine and colors.

It will not damage your hair simply because you immediately had the highlights.

In fact if you go a shade darker that what your color is now it will probably enhance the highlights you have.

The conditioner that is included with L'oreal works miracles the very first time you use it and you use it over a period of about a couple weeks depending on the length of your hair.

Next buy a leave in conditioner and be sure to trim the ends once again if you haven't already. All you need is less than half an inch but not the layers if you have any. Go ahead and leave those alone.

Sometimes if it is really dry and shot out i will put a leave in conditioner in there and a small towel wrap on my head while i sleep.

I soak the wrap in the conditioner as well as my hair.

I do not wash it out for 48 hours.

This allows time for the hair to produce natural oils into the hair follicles once again and lose any dead hairs that need to shed out.

Before you rinse it out be sure to brush thoroughly.

  7. i would SOAKK my hair with leave in conditioner at night time, try to not use as much heat, hot oil treatments, eggs and mayo are good for your hair, so is olive oil.... try everything you can think of!!
