Damaged t in the park ticket HELP!!?

i recieved my t in the park ticket today but when the postman delivered it it was soaking wet so ive dried it out but on one half of the ticket part of the barcode is missing will this be ok? if not what should i do? i got my ticket from ticketmaster

contact ticket master. if they cant reassure you that your ticket will be accepted, maybe they can issue a replacement (if you give them the serial number of the ticket and your booking ref/copy of receipt)?

Oh no, that's awful!

Best bet would be to phone ticketmaster. The barcode on your ticket gets scanned as you go in so it is needed. I don't know if they can reassue it or if they can manually type something in.
