Damge to my car from landlord plowing?

we live in a mobile home park we get alot of snow we all have drive ways i am able to leave my car 4 ft from the roadthe owner of the park plows the road so far of the road that the snow is thrown un my car it was so packed under neath that it pushed the hood upit was backed in and pushed the whole exhaust on the other car that it broke the hanger and bent the exhaust tip and cracked the tail lighthe waits and sometimes will push 3 or 4 ft of snow at a time and aything in frozen ice the cars can not be pulled up anymore after a while we have huge piles along the road then he comes by with a bigger truck and knocks down the wall into the yards so high we have no were to put the snow we shovel my he also goese very fast so the snow really flies onto the cars isnt he responsable for the dammage thanks

  1. It sounds to me like your landlord is responsible for the damage.


  2. first of all....how about some punctuation?  holy c**p, i can barely read some of that!  Second, your landlord is responsible for damage....the plow should not have gone in that far.
