d**n It! My school won't allow me a work permit because i have low grades.?

Question

I need to work whereever to get money. I'm 17 but school won't allow me to work until I raise my grades. That will take about five til next year to verify when the new grades come out. Where can I work without a permit for now though? I don't know anyone that would hire anyone without a work permit since it's illegal and I don't know anyone who needs babysitting or errands done. Is there anywhere that I can work that doesn't need a work permit?
