Dana White criticizes NSAC after Bradley’s split decision victory – Boxing News
When Timothy Bradley won a split decision victory over Manny Pacquiao past Saturday, many fans, fighters and analysts around the world were shocked, as they believed Pacquiao had the fight in control. Dana White is too among those who are on Pacquiao’s side
and are busting judges and NSAC since then. Dana White lashed out on the Nevada State Athletic Commission called it the worst athletic commission around.
White felt miserable when Bradley was given the split decision, like many others around the world including Justin Timberlake, Oscar de la Hoya and 50 Cents. White criticised the commission saying, “Nevada state athletic commission at its finest!!! Youve
[got] to be [expletive] kidding me!! That is disgusting Nevada state athletic commission!! Worst athletic commission in the country!!!!!!!!!!!!”
Bradley scored 115-113 for two judges, CJ Ross and Duane Ford, while Jerry Roth rated Pacquiao with 115-113. The fight that took place at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas is now being considered the worst fight of this year and the most disappointing one. As soon
as the decision was announced, fans booed the judges and Bradley. For most of them, Manny Pacquiao had won the fight clearly.
Snoop Dogg posted on his Twitter, “Ain’t that sum [BS]. Boxing is a wrap. Going bacc on that ultimate fighting.”
The decision has definitely hurt a lot of fans. Right after the fight, ‘RIP Boxing’ was trending on Twitter. Manny Pacquiao’s fans all around the world mourned for their champion’s loss. Former IBF and WBA champion Amir Khan called it a robbery for Pacquiao
and challenged Bradley to the ring.
Similarly, even Floyd Mayweather sr., who is usually found criticising Pacquiao, said that the Filipino won the match clean.
Manny Pacquiao will have a rematch against Bradley, as their contract stated. However, the damage has already been done to the Filipino champion and to the sport of boxing. White and others all around the world believe the sport no longer needs judges and
that more technology should be introduced to save fighters from such decisions. Pacquiao landed more punches to Bradley and for most of the fans that is the sole reason as to why the Filipino should have won.
