Dance Dance Revolution??

Will DDR tone up my belly a little becuase its kinda of jiggly but im not fat.

Also, is this considered to be cardio excersize if its on a somewhat fast song??

  2. It is a workout, but if you really want to tighten you belly you should do some ab workouts. That's gonna get you where you want to be. curls and crunches are always good. Some halves are good too if you can (lay flat on your back and pull your legs and upper torso up about five inches from the ground and hold it). just do your workout for about ten minutes before you go to bed at night.

    DDR is not dance, remember, but it can leave you very winded.  It won't tone your belly, no, but if you really take it seriously and do it for a while every day, you will burn some of that fat.

    It could be cardio, but not very good cardio.  You would have to be doing DDR for a while to strengthen your heart.

    To really tone your belly, the best way to do that is to do crunches, scissors, and bicycles.  To tone up your lats try lifting your legs to the side while laying on your side.
