Dance Excersize's and Stretches?

What are some good Ballet Stretches and Excersizes to improve my skills over the summer and increase my leg strength? Also is there any tips on ways to help my feet not hurt so badly from my Pointe shoes? Are there any good Jazz, Lyrical, Tap or Kick stretches and excersizes also?

  1. sit on the floor in 2nd position. lean you weight foward.( you have to do that  rest your hands flat on the floor) lift each leg twice for counts of eight, it soooooo hard if your doing it right but works. if your doing it right your leg shoudl only be able to go up about 2 inches. that what my jazz teacher makes us do.

    my fav is put your feet in first position parallel bend body all the way over until you are in a pike position. you legs should be straight make sure your hands are completlry on the floor. if not then its a good strecth for the bad of your legs.  the posee your fist leg elevate to second hold for eight counts the pulse up for eight. the posee to second hold for eight count then pulse up
