Dance Move?

Ok Box jump thingy watever you wanna call it heres a picture to confirm =

How can i get mine like the one in the picture? xDDD lmao only joking.

Here is what i CAN do -

-Reasonable height

-When doing the split pose in the air i have to lean forwards to touch my toes (I cant do middle Splits)

-i land in a crouching position

-I can touch my toes.

This is what i WANT to do -

-Have back straight - no leaning forward.

-REALLY REALLY high leap.

-land on my feet instead of on my butt.

  1. try doing these stretches:

    1: to a stradle up against a cofffe table, and pull yourself as close as possible, then, eventually, you will be able to go closer, and closer, untill you are flat

    2: try doing the jump on a trampoline, and if you don't have on, most gymnastics centers have open gym where you can use a trampoline

    3: just try and try, it's not about height, just form at first. once you master  it, try to get higher
