I have also searched the Seaham Community Information database for dance classes which returned 73 results. You can check them here:

It may also be worth contacting Seaham Library directly as they will have local community publications that should list  dance classes available in the Seaham area.

Finally,  it may also be a good idea to contact Sunderland City Library and Arts Centre directly. As once again they would have local community publications in the library that they can refer directly to. As not all dance classes will be advertised on the intraweb!
