Dance clubs in Illinois question?

Okay I got into a car accident like five days ago. and they are holding my liscense until I pay the ticket. Well anyways. I want to go to a dance club. I'm eighteen but I know you have to show I.D. But I don't have any. But they gave me this yellow slip thing that I can use for my liscense until I get it mailed back to my house. No idea what to do.

go and get an ID at the drivers license facility.  It is for people who do not have a drivers license.  anyone can get an identification card, even if you have a license.  You need to bring in certain things such as current mail, checkbook, social security card, but call them to make sure what you need to bring in.

Without a proper form of ID the majority of dance clubs will not grant you entry. Collect a high school id, birth certificate, social security card and your yellow slip then visit your local Department of Motor Vehicles office.

Upon arriving, inform the desk clerk that you need a state id card and they will direct you to the appropriate area, expect to pay $10-20 for this service.

Most clubs won't take a ticket in place of ID these days.  I think you are out of luck.  Also... where are you going that you only have to be 18 to get in?

take your yellow slip and your passport. also your credit card or something with your info on it. sometimes if you have all of these things they will let you in.

Got to get a state ID.  It's like $10 or $15 I think.  I brought all the proper paperwork, and they didn't even check my address.  They just asked me for it.  But be safe and bring it anyway.  Going to North Beach?
