to every town ie huston go to the left (by left i mean place all your weight onto your left hip etc.)  next palce go to the right then to the front then to the back then jump aroudn with your hand up in the air twirling around

Okay so you move your pelvis front, side, back and to the other side then front and back. And then turn around and act like your on a pony and one hand on hip and other in the air like your riding a horse or spinning on of those things on new years! :D
