I broke my baby toe about three weeks ago and it has definetly gotten better but it stills hurts alot. I have a dance recital next weekend, and, well its not exactly one night . My dance studio is huge and we have a whole week of rehersels (srarting this monday) and 4 recitals on the weekend. I am in all 4 shows and I am afraid of injuring my toe even more during rehesels and not being able to dance on the week end in the recitals. I have tried taping and cusioning it but that just makes it hurt more. Im taking advil and everything but nothing seems to work. is there anything I can do just to make it stop hurt while i am dancing? thanks in advanced for your help!=]
