  1. hey im a dancer and i can help you out. just look at my link and see if you like my dancing or not. (watch in high quality) im with a dance group called ZDX.

  2. you should do Girlfriend-Avril Lavinge (fun to dance to) get the clean version though unless ur skool allows to haveprofanity in ur song :D

  3. You might also want to try the song "Find A New Way" by Young Love from MTV's Dancelife. That is a very upbeat song. You definitely have to throw in pirouettes and foutees. Also try the basics like: stag leaps, devlope leaps, toe rises, torjetes, axel turns, and kalypsos.

    Good luck!

  4. if i were you,

id probably search on youtube just to see

if there are any wowing dance moves you could use.

even moves from so you think you can dance

  5. another good song is "fashionista" by jimmy james it has a really good chorus.

Make sure to put a variety of kicks, turns, and leaps.  Don't forget to just dance and not have all of you dance to be tricks.  Use moves that you think you do particularly well that have a higher dificulty level.  Can you do any gymnastics?  And I agree, one of my dance teachers uses moves that she sees on  So You Think You Can Dance.

Also, don't forget to use facials when preforming!

  6. if its a conservatory they may not like that kind of dance you may want to look further into it and find out what people did to get in who have already made it because most are looking for ballet or contemporary pieces so i say look further into it before doing a hiphop type solo
