My main goal is to start a new hobby, do something to help me get in a little better shape, and to have fun. For now my husband thinks I should start with one class, and see if I stick with it. I am in my 20's, and am not in bad shape, just want it closer to what it used to be.
Since I was a little girl, I always wanted to be a ballerina. I am still in awe of the beauty, and grace. I love the pretty pink tutu's and tights. I love the tight, toned legs of a ballet dancer. On the other hand, hip hop is so much fun. I did pom's and cheer-leading in jr. high and high school. I know one would be more controlled movements, and one would be more cardio like.
Who has done both, which do you like better and why?
