I have a few questions and if you can just answer one (or all of them! ;)) it would be very helpful!! I was in ballet for a few years but stopped for a year and now I'm getting back into it at a new studio, but I had no idea that my old studio wasn't very good at all and I didn't end up learning much there. Now at my new studio everyone is wonderful and I'm really behind. I want to get back on pointe but my teacher doesn't think I'm ready quite yet. So this brings me to my first question....

1.) Do you know any good strengthing exercises for pointe especially ankle?

Also, for the summer intense training has jazz, character, and modern which I've never done before. The girls that are in my level will be doing those classes and will be much more experienced then me.

2.) What can I do in a short amount of time to get ready for these classes?

and....

3.) What should I wear to these classes?

You're answers would be much appreciated and thank you ahead of time!!!!! :)
