Dancin musical?

Question

Im really nervous,im doing a musical and were doing partner dancing i have to lean back with my partner so times and and one point jump into his arms. Hes taller then me and a littttttle bigger but im stll afraid I'll squish him. I dont beleive myself to be sinny and Im deadly afraid of hurting him. What should I do, no way jose am I quittin the musical.

well u can figure out if ul "squish" him or not during the reharsal.

if the reharsal goes ok without him having any difficulty , then there is no point for u to worry about. try changing the step or modifying it a little if he is uncomfortable .....
