I have CP, and I want to take up some form of dance for acting (work on movement). Can somebody help me w/ suggestive stretches to do to improve my flexibility? I've always been afraid to take up dance because all the other girls in my class were nice and flexible...and i'm not. What kind of dance would be best for me? Idk...I took ballet/tap when I was 4, and then jazz when I was in 4th grade...:( ?
