  1. Yes....alot.  Thinning of the blood and bleed ulcers are most common. Your blood could become too thin to clot and that in itself has serious issues. Stomach problems due to the  anti-inflammatory drug will, over time, eat away the lining of the stomach. But, Tylenol is even more dangerous considering if you take more than the max dose you will overdose and go into liver failure and you will not have symptoms until it is too late! People that OD on OTC med, especially Tylenol; an end up in the hospital in Detox for up to 90 days. If you are having to use this much OTC pain reliever, I suggest you talk to your doctor.

  2. Yeah, significant ones, the big ones are renal toxicity and NSAID associated gastropathy.  If you're taking them in a manner that's not in accordance with the stated directions on the label, or like candy, you are doing yourself a grave disservice as these are not benign agents and cause many otherwise healthy people to go on hemodialysis thrice weekly until a suitable kidney can be procured for transplantation.  Not a good idea to take these without closely observing the package insert and/or directions for use, and should be under the supervision of a physician.
