Humankind. Lol, No seriously. The biggest threat to us ourselves, but don't go worrying; We'll sort it out. Mankind/Womankind combined can overcome anything they put theire mind to. Just look at what we've accomplished. Wether you're talking about running out of carbon fuels, global warming or extra-terrestrial life attacking us, we'll win. I hope that puts your mind at rest?

  our own selfish unchecked greed and population growth coupled with religion will most likely succeed in not only poisoning the planet but killing most of mankind off too.

  Not all bad as if you look at  programs ( UK like 'life after man') where computer and scientific modelling shows what happens if man disappeared overnight, you Willl see that almost all aspects and traces of man wil be removed by nature over just a few thousand years. total eradication eventually of any trace we were ever here.
