The Real Madrid youth academy graduate believes Los Che have the quality to win titles and pledged his skills to make it possible in the coming season.
Getafe had a breath of fresh air in their approach to football with http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Dani-Parejo-c9878 amongst their ranks. The exciting midfielder earned the admiring glances of Valencia and immediately boarded a plane to link up with the Mestalla-based club.
Parejo’s dream move did not materialize in the manner he had wished, being consigned to the bench for the majority of the matches and getting only sporadic minutes by Unai Emery.
Nonetheless, the Madridista is hopeful on coming good at the Mestalla and is revealed that he is eagerly waiting for the start of the new season. Parejo shared that http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Valencia-c40863 need trophies to go with their elated status in Spanish top flight football and
he will give his best to realize their true potential.
"I hope Valencia can win a title which I think they deserve," Parejo was quoted by Marca.
"It's a new stage, a new year, and for that reason, there are new targets. We have to compete against ourselves, go a step further and hopefully we can make things better for Valencia next season."
Reflecting on his personal goals for the season, Parejo acknowledged that he is in a bit of pitfall at the Mestalla. He stated that Los Che have a burgeoning list of players who can play in the midfield which makes cementing a first team position extremely
difficult.
Continuing on the topic, he admitted that  he had a tough debut season in the Valencian community but promised to fulfil the promise that led the sporting department to go through with the transfer.
Parejo added that he learnt a valuable lesson last year on the sidelines, and is eager to improve not only as a player and a footballer.
"It is a difficult position [midfield] where there are many players. Last year I had a hard time and I learned so much. I hope the same does not happen this year because I have a lesson well learned," he noted.
"[I want to] improve as a player and as a person, while in the collective aspect to improve the numbers [of league points] we got last year.”
