http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Liverpool-c39809 defender Daniel Agger believes that Luis Suarez has all the attributes to become one of the best strikers in the world. The Danish defender has stated that the Uruguayan striker can help the Merseyside club finish in the top four of the Barclays
Premier League.
Suarez has been a revelation at the Anfield club since joining the Reds from Ajax FC in the January 2011 transfer window. The 24-year-old has hugely impressed in the last 11 months as he helped Dalglish’s men finish sixth last season.
The Uruguayan striker continued his impressive form in the ongoing 2011/12 Premier League campaign, as he is currently Liverpool’s top goal scorer with four goals to his name. Moreover, the 24-year-old has been named Liverpool’s Player of the Month for the
third successive time this season.
Suarez is enjoying the form of his life and Daniel Agger believes that the former Ajax attacker has the potential to become the best strikers in the Premier League.
The 26-year-old defender believes that the Uruguayan striker has already proved his worth with some spectacular performances in Liverpool shirt and added:
“Everybody can see that he is a class player. I cannot find any other striker that plays like him. But all credit to him and if he can continue like that, he is definitely going to be one of the world's best."
Agger has claimed that it is very hard for any defence to keep Suarez silent. The Danish centre-back has revealed that the Reds defence always faces a tough time against the Uruguayan striker during training sessions and added, “He does it every day in training,
so we know how hard he is to play against.”
The Danish defender believes that Suarez is the key to Liverpool’s hopes of finishing in the top four this season. Agger has asserted that the Uruguayan's presence in the squad motivates rest of the players.
“It gives everybody in our team a boost to know we have someone like that in attack. To achieve something, I think you need players like that in your team."
