The Brazilian full-back picked up a hamstring injury as Barcelona took on their arch-rivals, Real Madrid, in the Spanish La Liga and they will be missing him even during the Champions League clash against Celtic.
The Barcelona full-back, Daniel Alves, was seen leaving the pitch during the game against Real Madrid and seemed as if he was not happy with the hamstring injury which he picked up during the important fixture.
Alves was quite important against Los Blancos, but he had to walk off because of a hamstring injury which he picked up and Barcelona had to rely on their second-choice right-back, Montoya.
Montoya is a young player and he is definitely not experienced enough to play in pressure games like the one against Real Madrid.
