Australia’s discarded all-rounder, Daniel Christian, is disappointed to have been left out of the national squad for the upcoming limited-overs series against http://www.senore.com/Cricket/England-c56013, but hopes that he will return to international cricket pretty
soon.
The all-rounder from http://www.senore.com/Cricket/New-South-Wales-c823 emerged at the international stage ‘at the start of 2010 when he made his T20 debut. However, Christian had to wait for another two years to find a One Day International cap.
In his short career so far, the 29-year-old cricketer has looked impressive and some of the cricket analysts are predicting a bright future for the hard-hitting batsman. With some experience, Christian can turn out to be a match-winner
in limited-overs cricket, as he can deliver the goods with both bat and ball.

Christian expressed, “It’s disappointing when you get dropped but it’s not all over. If I keep performing, there will be a chance of me making it to the T20 World Cup squad. I think I did pretty well in the West Indies but I guess
that wasn’t enough.”
The all-rounder is currently playing the fifth season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) for Deccan Chargers. Unfortunately, his team has miserably failed to impress in the tournament and Christian believes that it is because of poor
fielding and lack of application by the local players.
“The local players, apart from Shikhar (Dhawan) failed to deliver match winning knocks. Our fielding has also let us down badly at crucial junctures. The IPL is beneficial for both domestic and foreign players as it is very competitive
and provides a great platform for a professional cricketer,” he added.
