Daniel Thomas to sweep the entries of Weddings at Lingfield Marriott Hotel Handicap on 18th February
Weddings at Lingfield Marriott Hotel Handicap is to be raced over a mile by twelve runners on Saturday, 18th February at Lingfield. The winner is entitled to the purse of £2, 386.
The strongest contender from the lineup is Daniel Thomas, Dansili’s ten-year-old bay gelding out of mare Last Look. He has struck his season’s hat trick by staying unbeaten in the three starts that he has made through the new season till yet.
Daniel Thomas won the Use Cash Not Visa at “London 2012” Handicap on 13th January at Lingfield on a track of eleven struggling for the wire. Regal Rave finished the race closest to the winner and was the 3/1 favourite for the event.
On 25th January, Daniel Thomas claimed the Back Or Lay At Betdaq.Com Handicap at Kempton. He was the 9/2 joint favourite with Ragda who finished ninth after the winner on a track set for ten.
Daniel Thomas added the remaining link to qualify for the hat trick by winning the Stay At The Wolverhampton Holiday Inn Handicap on 3rd February at Wolverhampton. He was sent as a 3/1 favourite for the race.
There are complete chances that Daniel Thomas will once again join the lineup as a favourite and will be through the wire before getting challenged by any other horse from the lot.
Another exciting entry into the race is made by the trainer Conor Dore, Satwa Laird, his six-year-old bay gelding. He has already made four starts into the new season and is up for the fifth test today.
Satwa Laird won the Lingfieldpark.Co.UK Classified Claiming Stakes on 27th January at Lingfield. He was the evening’s favourite. On 8th February, he claimed the Betdaq Mobile Apps Classified Claiming Stakes at Kempton. The gelding was
entered into the race as the 11/10 favourite.
In case he gets to beat Daniel Thomas today then he will for sure be successful in striking his seasonal hat trick.
The seven-year-old, I Confess under training Geoffrey Harker, posted a victory after racing through his second start of the season in the Play Da Vinci Diamonds At Bluesq.Com/Games Handicap on 11th February at Wolverhampton. He scored the victory
against the 7/4 favourite of the race, Postscript.
