1)both are being sinful places.. where humanity is struggling to perish. 2) United nation fails at both places . 3) African subcontinent.

4) American foulplay?

Differences::

1) Geography ( hardly matters)

2) Political intervention

3) Ingrained issues

Hotel rwanda was a great movie.  I watched it when i took global studie a few years ago.-it made me cry!  

usually i don't cry about genacides- i know thats really mean to say but who does. that movie was special.
