get rid of the malicious (my friend has a dark armed build and when he tried them in he always drew into the other), take out 1x fear monger, 3x phantom of chaos (if your gunna use it i would suggest you side deck it) DDR, return from the different dimension

replace these with 2x plasma, 1x dogma, 2x prometheus, another destiny draw and 2x trade in

not sure if this is 40 or not but you should be able to finish it up from here ... hope this helps
