Can u only special summon it with EXACTLY! 3 Dark types in ur graveyard or can be more?

All requirement of how many in graveyard is usually "that much or more".  so same goes for the rest of the dark monsters(airknight etc).  The card would state something along the line of "if you have exactly x ____  monsters in gravyard/field" if it were a specific number requirement, and as far as I know, such a card do not exist.(correct me if wrong here... I don't know every card, but it would be hard to do....)

The only exact requirement seems to be alternative ritual card(advanced ritual arts) and other card that require an exact level, but I have never seen exact number of anything else(even LP)

With DAD you have to have exactly 3 dark monsters in your grave, no less and no more.

you must have exactly 3 dark monsters in your graveyard to summon dad. otherwise you can't do anything with it. or you might be asking if you could summon dad with 3 dark monster and monsters with other attributes (light, earth, etc.). if that's it, then you can still summon dad even if you have non-dark monsters in your graveyard
