Dark Circles...? Please answer, I need advice!?

I'm 13 and I have a dark skin complexion. Not dark dark but like milk chocolate dark.(maybe lighter.) Anyways as long as I can remember I've had these dark circles around my eyes. They would be as dark as my hair which is like a super dark brown. My classmates always think I wear makeup, but I don't, that's how dark and annoying these circles are.

I do get a lot of sleep. My bed time is usually 8:30-9:00. I eat a balance meal 3 times a day.

Picture day is on the 12th of September, is there something I can use that is not oily that will lighten the circles, or almost make them vanish?

  1. I have the same exact problem. All I can say is use concealer.

that won't work completely, but it should help. also try putting

    tea bags on your eyes.

  2. more sleep and make up :)

  3. I did a similar question to this and the guy who answered my question best (Austin Blue Sierra)  answered with the following (I hope it helps you like it did me)

"Dark circles are often a sign of Vit K difficiency. [eat foods with Vit K]

Sleep between 3pm and 12 pm

    Less TV and Internet

Get sunlight - at least 5-20 minutes in the morning before it gets too hot

Make sure your nutrition is correct for you "

  4. make up

  5. theres lotions, or get a cover up make up that matches your skin tone, thats what i do..

MAC makeup counter idk if you have one...but there make up is outstanding.

  6. It might be hereditary..i have them too. I wear a good concealer =]

  7. foundation and conclear.

get a foundation to match your skin tone and a conclear 1 shade lighter than your skin tone. When you get the conclear you can get it for your specific problem, will probably say for dark circles on it or something.

First rub the foundation under your eye so it blends and let it dry.

After put on the conclear but don't put on too much or it will look cakey. That should cover it upp :)

Also everyday before your pictures you can put two slices of cucumber over your eyes for 20-30mins, that helps with dark circles.

And you can buy creams for dark circles at drugstores .

    Hope I helped =)

  8. I have had these ever since I can remember and I am 23. there are special lighteners that you can put under your eyes that work for me, they come in forms of a stick (like lip stick) or just like the form of a foundation. Just make sure you get the right one for your skin tone. then apply a little moisturiser or a little foundation to your skin to conceale it. Drink plenty of water as this can improve it a little also.

  9. My dermatologist gave me this topical solution called Scar Gaurd. It lightens skin discolorations like scars, or anything that is too dark. Unfortunately, 2-3 weeks will not totally vanish these circles, so I would just try using makeup for that one picture day. It wouldn't hurt, and if you're really self-concious about it, maybe you'll stick to just a bit of concealer.

Just remember to be comfortable in your own skin!

  10. concealer that is a few shades lighter than your skin.

  11. Well if you find a concealer anywhere (I use mine from the drugstores...almay) and take it and make 4 dots under your eye folowing the line of the darkened circle then take your finger and gently blot the concealer together until it is mostly blended. Then gently rubit in a little and cover with a foundation and then an all over pressed powder, it should help

  12. a concealer/cover up one or two shades lighter than your skin or an anti puff serum

  13. but.. thats hot :\

  14. I have dark circles too, you should go to a make-up counter at the mall like Lancome, Mac, what ever your choice is and they have great concealer for them, they will test the concealer and let you know whats best for you skin type. Don't do Cover Girl or cheap brand its too thick and it wont look natural, they also have brands at the counter to help diminish them, they are kinda pricey but its up to you:)

  15. Put cold spoons under your eyes.

Put tea bags under your eyes.
