If Heath Ledger wasnt in Brokeback Mountain and not in the nurses outfit, then I would not have thought about that when I seen the scene.

My entire impression of Joker was that the character was crazier than bat guano. He was just terrifyingly insane. There was no real humor to him at all.

I thought that scene was great though - especially when the Joker left the hospital and had to bang the detonator a couple of times before the entire hospital blew up and collapsed in on itself..  That comic walk he had was kinda cute too - made me laugh (a little uneasily) ; )
