Dark circles around my eyes?

I want to get rid of my dark circles in a week. I take allergy pills and vitamins everyday. And how fl oz of water we have to drink if I was teen?

I have tried many different eye creams and some of them very expensive. They either burned my eyes, made my skin very greasy, or just didn't work.
