  1. cold teabags are very good for puffy eyes put them on your eyes for about 10 mins every few nights

  2. I personally am an avid fan of Aloette skin care products, & they have several options on treating just this symptom. They have products that can help alleviate them, as well as products that can minimize their appearance. & they are guaranteed to work.....

    :o)

  3. People often talk about puffy eyes and bags under the eyes as if they were the same thing. But the two conditions are actually quite different. Bags under the eyes are caused by fat that has accumulated in the under-eye area over time. Once you have bags under your eyes, there’s not much short of plastic surgery that can get rid of them. (Although there are ways to conceal them.)

Puffy eyes are a temporary condition often caused by fluid retention. Changes in your hormones (which can occur during pregnancy or menstruation), or even changes in the weather can cause puffy eyes.

Other things that can cause puffy eyes are lack of sleep, crying, drinking alcohol, eating salty foods, or sleeping on your stomach. Drinking a glass of water as much as two hours before going to bed can make you wake up with puffy eyes. If your puffy eyes are red and itchy, they may be caused by allergies. And, in some cases, puffy eyes are hereditary.

Here are some home remedies that can help you deal with puffy eyes.

Use a cold compress on puffy eyes.

Wet a washcloth with cold water (you can use tap water or ice water), and ring it out. Hold the compress over your puffy eyes for fifteen minutes. (Whenever the compress starts to get warm, dunk it in cold water again.) This should relieve the swelling.

Cucumbers are good for puffy eyes.

For decades, people have been using chilled cucumber slices to take away the swelling of puffy eyes. So, if you have a cucumber handy, give it a try.

Sleeping with your head elevated could prevent puffy eyes.

If puffy eyes are a constant problem for you, try sleeping with a few extra pillows. This may help prevent fluids from accumulating around your eyes.

If your puffy eyes are itching, don’t rub them.

Rubbing puffy eyes will only irritate them, and make them even puffier. So, no matter how much your puffy eyes itch, resist the urge to rub them.

Don’t use hemorrhoid cream on your puffy eyes.

  4. QUICK!

Ok, crack an egg and take only the egg white.

Then apply it to your face like a mask.

Leave it on for about 10-15 minutes.

    Then take it off.

Your skin will be much tighter and less puffy.

Then, take a highlighter (i like to use bareminerls foundation to highlight my eyes) and go over the blue tint.

    It'll work!

  5. Get at least 8 hours of sleep every night

I don't know why the cucumber didn't work, it's a natural remedy that contains vitamins...

  7. It's called SLEEP MORE

  8. Having dark circles under your eyes can also be to do with your diet. If you eat the wrong things and don't get enough sleep, then this is what happens. You can buy eye drops which reduce puffiness, and make you look more perky, but really the best cure, is to get some sleep!

    good luck :)

  9. Most of it is genetic. I have them to. Just get lots of sleep, and try not be stressed to much. I also have heard that when you cry a lot under eye circles appear darker. Not sure if it's true tho. Also drink plenty of water. Getting a bit of color in your face as well as putting cold spoons under eyes may help. Get ShiSeido Benefiance Revitalizing Cream. I got mine from Macy's and just a tiny dab of it does wonders on dark circles.

vitamin E oil, olive oil, cucumbers, & a doctor can also help. I have pretty bad ones so this is all from experience.

    Hope this helps. :)

  10. Have you tried the milk powder remedy. If no then try that out now becoz others have seen results. Make sure the milk powder is pure. http://epictureperfect.net/cure_dark_cir...

  11. Did you try sleeping better?

  12. Hae you tried resting used green tea teabags on your eyes for half an hour a day ?

  13. oil em uppppp

  14. A trick to help get rid of bags under the eyes is to use a cream that is meant for piles  such as preparation H. It sounds wrong but believe me it does work. also if you try to get a bit more sleep and drink plenty of water can help. I always get bags under my eyes and I was told to use the pile cream and I was sceptical but gave it a try and it did work.

  15. healthy diet, exercise, drink more water, sleep well. Should be okay. Do you wear glasses by any chance? No sarcasm! No joke. I've noticed my sister who's worn glasses ever since she was little having dark circles under her eyes and my mum who also wears them having them too so it could be related. No joke. It's not funny. I'm just wondering if wearing glasses and having dark circles under eyes are related in some way. Is it coz the sunlight doesnt get under there and then your skin tone and the bit avoiding the sun under eyes start to differ. I've thought of it for some time now.

  16. Well the question is why do you have these bags under your eyes?

Is it lack of sleep?, too many hours infront of the tv/computer? Drink, smoke? It can also be related to many medical issues too.

If you dont think any of the above can be causing the puffy eyes, then go to your Doctor and have some tests done.

  17. Alot of this simply has to do with genetics. ITS IS very important if you want to reduce this... to get not too little or too much sleep.  (8 hours min 9 hours max if ur under 21), and (6.5 hours min 7.5 hours max) if you are over 21. Drink plenty of water, only one dose of caffeine (coffee, tea etc) per day.

My mom always had bad bags when she was young in her eyes but they went away when she got into her 40s... As for me... I would abuse sleep and everything else and never saw a trace of puffiness so part of this is skin type.

  18. Why are you in soooooo tension.

It is only tension and sleeplessness that cause eyebags, nothing can cure it, but to sleep more thats too in peace of mind

  19. Dips Tea bags in warm water place on eyes, Sleep and drink water
