The brownish colour is normal for the early stages of pregnancy. If you feel worried you can go into a clinic or see your doctor to make sure, but that is normal. as long as its not fresh looking blood you should be alright. Just rest and drink plenty of water and enjoy your pregnancy! As for the upset stomach, that is normal as well, some people have the upset stomach throughout their whole pregnancy.
