Dark samus creation?

OK the first metroid game i played was prime corruptin 3 and i was a little intrested in dark samus and how he was created can u tell me

Dark Samus is a Metroid Prime that has absorbed the suit and some aspects of Samus. It (or she as most call it) first appeared in MP1 at the very end as the Metroid Prime tried and failed to absorb Samus, in which it only absorbed her special phazon suit. In MP2, Dark Samus was everywhere in both Aether and Dark Aether spreading phazon everywhere. Samus eventually came into battles with it 3 times, each showing that Dark Samus fights similar to Samus. And in the end of MP2, Galactic Federation leaves plenty of phazon behind, and that phazon was taken by the Space Pirates. Unbeknownst to them, Dark Samus' DNA was in that phazon and it claimed to be the "queen" of the Space Pirates. Most fell, and the very few became her disciples. In MP2, Dark Samus is seen without its helmet.
