Dark streaks on the inside of the screen. I have three lines running down my screen...one is wider

I have three lines running down my screen...one is wider on the bottom then the other two. It almost looks as if liquid got inside and there is now a smear on the inside on the screen. Is this something that can be fixed or should I scrap the TV? Magnavox 32" LCD HDTV I have a dark band or line running down the right side of my screen. Kind of where the the 4:3 aspect ratio ends. I don't usually use 4:3 so I don't know if that's just a coincidence. The dark stripe started very small up in the corner and has continued to grow over the past 4 months. It is mostly noticeable on solid colors. It's only slightly distracting, but I am worried that it means the entire screen is about to die on me.
